Abstract EN

The folk groups are regarded as an important part of the Iraqi social structure and a basic constituent of social organizational structure .

The folk groups obtained a very big and essential importance on both sides namely , the positive and negative attitudes on the local , national and international confess for its security and and military roles which have been actually practiced in the fields of the liberation of the occupied land by the terrorist Da'ash.

These folk groups are actually structured and founded as a result of the occupation of the Iraqi lands by the terroristic groups of Da'ash depending on the proposal by the religious authority in the honored Najaf .

these folk groups are basically and actually considered an important part in both security and military operation after the occupation of Mosul by the terroristic groups of Da'ash .

The organization of the folk groups passed beyond the social and international discussion concerning its legality through the process of issuing its law by both the Iraqi parliament and government .

Meanwhile , the discussion of the Iraqi local area of the present study or the research for the development of the folk groups for strengthening its role in the different fields among which its active role for the sake of strengthening security and the process of peace living particularly in the free areas in order to achieve its essential role with full and high competence for the acceptable and convenient professional performance in both its structure and its job towards the folk and this will strengthen its role in the fulfillment or achievement for both peace and security towards citizens through the performance struggle of its mission .

Hand by hand with its evaluative and national important of its social and constitutional of its military and security role on both local and national areas , some researchers shed the light on it ; and several researches have been achieved for its sake , some of these researches paid much attenuation towards its definition and towards the process encouraging such a military force besid the Armed Iraqi forces and many other fields.

Inspite of such a big importance important and attention given to the folk groups , yet , there were no studies paying much care and important concerning ( the various public trends of Wasit people towards the volunteers of folk groups for the logistic support since such impressions and or orientations contribute in both moral and material supports for the volunteers.
