The researchers used the descriptive approach to achieve the research objectives.

The two researchers adopted the self-confidence measure for Sidney Shraujer (Najd Bilal, 2112).

The terms of the measure are divided into six dimensions: speaking with others, social interaction, positive physical appearance and optimism, academic performance (The social dimension, the emotional dimension, the mental dimension).

In both measurements, the validity of the content is confirmed by the two types of truthfulness and logical honesty by presenting it in its initial form On a set of The specialized arbitrators numbered (11) arbitrators, as the two scales were approved by all the arbitrators.

In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers applied the measure to a sample of (11) mentors and guides in Diwaniyah governorate for the academic year (2111-2112).

After collecting data and statistical processing using SPSS, the research reached the following results: 1.

The sample does not have a high level of psychological flexibility.

The sample enjoys a high level of self-confidence 3.

The relationship between psychological flexibility and self-confidence for educational counselors is very strong.

In the light of the findings of the current research, the researchers came up with a set of recommendations and suggestions.
