Abstract EN

State is considered in Islamic religion as one of the necessities the preserve for man his dignity and rights and for the society its existence and continuity on the one hand while liberating man of the bondage of slavery and humiliation alongside satisfying his needs and requirements form the religious perspective.the research has dealt with concept of the state and it emerged according to the Islamic perspective as wellas the violations that accompanied its emergence whether that was because of the ruler or because of the theory of government.the research has included a preface explaining the concepts of the topic items that neede some clarifications.after that the research deal with the concept of the states in the statements of the jurists.in the first demand the concentration has been on the understanding of jurists to the concept of the state while the second demand has dealt with the special criteria for the emergence of the state its touchstones and the functions of ruler the most important of which being the necessity of state and building up the experience from within and the epistolary role for the individual and the believer in addition to some other important matters.
