This paper deals with one of the personalities of the monarchy in lraq (1921/1958 ) , Turn parliamentary work at the end of 1943 as he became a representative of a brigade of Hilla in the Iraqi Council of Representatives for its tenth session ,and a Representatives of the Baghdad Brigade at its eleventh session and had his interventions and his comments and his views a big impact in the topics discussed by the parliament .

Was also a member of the constitutional parliamentary opposition front formed by a group of deputies in the Chamber of Deputies after the Second World War , Did not last long in his political and parliamentary , as l,ve realized away on the nineteenth of January 1952 , had not exceeded sixty years of age
