Social Dialogue and Collective Negotiation are two mechanisms for achieving stability and social peace within economic institutions, and they have become more important, especially in light of Algeria's transition from the regulatory system to the contractual system when the legislator opened the door for social partners to organize their relations on the basis of negotiation consultation and dialogue.
