There is no doubt that maritime work in general is very dangerous while working in marine fishing compared with navigation in the trade and tourism sectors.

Therefore, the Algerian legislator excludes marine labor contracts from the application of the provisions of Law 90/11 which includes labor relations under Article 04 And to subject them to a special regulation of executive decree 05/102 specified for the specific system of working relations navigational users of shipping or commercial vessels or sea fishing, which in turn refer us in some of its provisions to the maritime law and law 90/11.
