Despite the importance of the rules of health and security in the workplace, it remains a dead letter unless the worker knows the various means related to training and information from work accidents, where training and information is a duty of the body used, it is charged with preparing an annual program of education and training.

To participate in the development of the Committee for Prevention of Health and Security and the doctor of labor, in this regard, the Algerian legislator arranged penalties in fines for the user who violates the field of training and information related to the rules of health and security in the workplace.
