Abstract EN

This study aims at evaluating the patients' satisfaction degree in the Algerian hospitals.

For this study, a questionnaire was administered for the patients of the University Hospital of Setif to collect their opinions which have been formed during their residence in the hospital.

The results show that there was a general trend towards total dissatisfaction with the patients.
