The aim of this paper is to highligh the contribution of processing of collection customer data from the traditional environment and the internet environment to the CRM in business organization, usin a set of software that has the ability to collect, store, organize, analyze, and use data, wich improves the process of CRM.

The results revealed the important role of data processing in CRM, where, data collection contributes to the formation of the database, and the acquisition of a permanent and automated model for customer knowledge.

Data storage and organization allow quick and easy access to informations, and data analysis helps deliver customized products to achieve customer satisfction and loyality.
