English Abstract

The crime of illicit enrichment is one of the crimes of corruption that has been the subject of legal controversy in many countries, making its criminalizing optional for State members of the United Nations Convention against Corruption of 2003.

although it committed state members to consider its criminalizing.

This thesis, through a descriptive and comparative analytical approach, addressing the objective framework governing the crime of in the Palestinian legal system and comparative systems, studies the concept of the crime of illicit enrichment.

Its elements and images in the Palestinian legal system and comparative systems and its compatibility with the requirements of the United Nations Convention against Corruption of 2003.

Then the constitutionality of its criminalization to reach the feasibility of criminalization, in its first chapter.

In the second chapter, it dealt with the procedural framework of the crime of illicit enrichment.

The procedures of investigation and reasoning and the institutions authorized in the Palestinian legal system and comparative systems, and then the prosecution and trial procedures of this crime and its
