The main objective of this study was to offer educational suggestion vision to open diplomatic program for teachers in the field of Adult & Continuing education, specialy those who work in illiteracy eradication center to give them modern techniques and methods in this field.
This study aimed to implement Ibb by new strategy University Strategic to develop its academic programs.
The result of this study showed this.
Educational suggestion vision including its objectives, justifictions and recommendations such as:
