The lessor is entitled to special treatment in the leasing contract, which is example from most of its contractual obligations and transferred to the lessee tenant if the contract includes this condition, which places it in the excellent position.

Le crédit-bailleur bénéficie d’un traitement spécial dans le contrat de leasing, en se qu’il peut être exempté de la plus part de ses obligations contractuelles, celles-ci peuvent être transférées au crédit-preneur, si le contrat prévoit une telle stipulation, ce qui le place dans une position privilégiée.
