Currently, Algeria has adopted new economic policy after the failure the ling public enterprises and the appearance of the private ones like small and average projects at the end of 2001, but the fast and flexibility of the economic activities led the project to review the laws at the beginning of 2017 be it what is related to conceptual side or different lawful or legal techniques devoted for its development and promotion.

L’Algérie a opté récemment pour une nouvelle politique économique après l’échec des grandes entreprises publiques et l’apparition, à la fin de 2001, des entreprises privées porteuses de moyens ou petits projets.
Cependant, la rapidité et la flexibilité des activités économiques ont incité le législateur, en 2017, à réformer les textes juridiques dans le sens de la promotion et le développement des concepts et les mécanismes juridique consacrés.
