This article deals with the study and analysis of the place of Islam in the Iraqi constitutional system and attempts to prove the rule of religion in the second Iraqi state after the state chose Islam as its religion and made it a main source of legislation and prevent the enactment of any law that contradicts its rules and fixed rules.

Cet article traite de la place de l'islam dans le système constitutionnel Irakien et tente de démontrer la primauté de la religion dans le nouvel Etat Irakien, après que ce dernier ait choisi l'Islam comme religion et en a fait une source majeure du droit.
