The priority question of constitutionality is brought by the 2016 constitutional revision in order to guarantee better protection of the rights and freedoms enshrined in the constitution.
This mechanism must make it possible to lift the veil on the legal uncertainties contained in fundamental texts and to guarantee, essentially, the litigants.

La question prioritaire de constitutionnalité est apportée par la révision constitutionnelle de 2016 dans le but de garantir une meilleure protection des droits et libertés consacrées par la constitution.
Ce mécanisme, doit permettre de lever le voile sur les incertitudes juridiques contenues dans des textes fondamentaux et de garantir, essentiellement, les justiciables.
