This article addresses the problem of the necessity of notification in the case of claiming compensation for non-implementation, since the doctrine is divided between the view that the need to notice in all cases, and another opinion that the notice is necessary only in the case of claim for delay in implementation.

It became clear to us through this study that the jurisprudential position to be taken is that the notice is not deemed necessary in the case of claiming compensation for non-implementation because it is founded and logical.
