The Algerian legislator has introduced numerous amendments to the legal regime governing the limited liability company (SARL), pursuant to law n° 15-20 of 30 December 2015, amending and supplementing commercial code.
These reforms relate more specifically to the following points: - The removal of the requirement of a minimum capital stock - Modification of the subscription procedures of the shares - Ability to provide industries inputs as a contribution - Increase of the maximum number of partners, this number being increased from twenty (20) associates to fifty (50).
As a result, we discuss the following problem: what are the motives and objectives of this reform, from the point of view of the legislator and the doctrine?

Le législateur algérien a introduit de nombreux aménagements au régime juridique régissant la société à responsabilité limitée (SARL), en vertu de la loi n° 15- 20 du 30 décembre 2015, modifiant et complétant le code de commerce.
Ces réformes concernent plus précisément les points suivants: suppression de l’exigence d’un capital social minimum, modification des procédures de souscription des parts sociales, possibilité de fournir des apports en industries à titre de contribution, augmentation du nombre maximal d’associés, ce nombre étant porté de vingt (20) associés à cinquante (50).
