Abstract EN

This paper discusses the mechanisms of using international classifications of universities as a reference framework for the classification and classification of universities at the international level, in a kind of explanation and simplification, considering that the goals of classifications reflect the quality outputs of higher education institutions and make it an attractive center for students and scientific competencies of professors and managers in the growing Waves of intense competition in the globalization of higher education.

The classification of these universities is based on criteria such as the Shanghai Classification, the Matrix Web Classification and the Classification of the Times Supplement, with the Algerian Universities' website showing these rankings.
