In the light of changing circumstances prevailing market and competition imposed on the Algerian companies, listening to customers became one of the ways that help the company to survive and conquer new markets.

To know the importance of listening to customers among the Algerian companies, the study was supported by diagnosing the reality of listening to the customer in JIJEL LIEGE ETANCHEITE.

The results showed that the unit of JIJEL LIEGE ETANCHEITE should take more attention to customers through creating a communication service and diversification of tools that enhance the attention toward the customer and his preoccupations, as well as electronic means of communication such as a Face book, e-mail.
