Economic migrants in particular choose to move in order to improve their lives, while others move involuntarily out of fear of persecution, violence and other insecure conditions, thus distinguishing between refugees and migrants within the wide legal divide between them, Refugees have a legal framework recognized by the 1951 Convention and its 1967 Protocol, and accordingly bring repatriation or expulsion of refugees because this has serious consequences for their lives and safety.
