The national and international law was concerned the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency and prepared a legal system that takes into consideration all the standards that guarantee them special protection, by establishing rules for the prosecution of juvenile delinquents, including the application of lenient sentences due to their young age and identifying specialized centers in their protection for reintegration into society as vulnerable groups.
