Abstract EN

The present research aims at showing the behavioral and civilized values in the Hajj of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), especially the value of commitment, whether in the aspects of worship or in the aspects of transactions as manifested in his commitment to deal gently with the society members in difficult circumstances and constraints and how such commitment was turned into reality and practical action at the individual and group levels.

The researcher used an inductive analytical method through events and practices, which the Prophet (peace be upon him) practiced in his farewell Hajj.

The researcher divided his paper into three areas: The first dealt with the behavioral, cultural values that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) practiced in relation to the rituals of Hajj.

The second was devoted to the values of cultural behavior practiced by the Prophet (peace be upon him) in dealing with the people of his community, while the third section presented the values of civilization which the Prophet (peace be upon him) practiced in the pilgrimage when dealing with the environment on which the human being live, especially the Muslim.

The researcher has reached several results; the most important of which is that Islam has multiple cultural values for all aspects of human life.

The values that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called for have transcend the human limits to deal with the universe and the environment in which he lives.

Such values were manifested as a practical reality in the Hajj of the Prophet, and served as a guide to the Islamic nation after him where he was adopted as a role model for these values in times, which these values may not be taken into consideration because of the surrounding circumstances.

The researcher pointed to the importance of activating the behavioral values at the present time and at all times in all fields and at various levels, and recommended in-depth future studies in this regard.
