Mikha'il Na'ima is one of the most prominent modern Renaissance literary figures.

He wrote poetry, criticism, novel, drama and biography.

He is one of a few writers who wrote almost all types of literature.

This study examines the structure of modern biography literature with Mikha'il Na'ima as an example.

He is a creative writer, philosopher and critic.

Thanks to him, the art of biography developed to its greatest degree in the twentieth century.

The study explores the dimensions of Na'ima's character through his biography and highlights the status of this genre in Arabic literature as compared to Western literature.

The study includs six sections: 1.

The title(its significance, relationship with the text, and how to write it) 2.

Language and style in the biography (the role played by Na'ima in linguistic liberation, and the methods he followed in the narration of biography) 3.

Time and place (types of times and places, the chronological order of the biography, reminiscence and flashback) 4.

Dialogue and narration (their importance in structuring the narrative text, their aesthetics and creativity) 5.

Characters (their roles in his private life, the personality of the writer in his biography, and his most prominent personal qualities) 6.

Honesty and frankness in the biography (to what extent they are apparent in the biography of Mikha'il Na'ima) The conclusion summarizes the most important findings of the study.
