This study examines the legal system of real estate developers in Algerian legislation highlighting the profession of real estate promoter, which is the mam player in the real estate promotion sector, where this profession is very important because it falls within the sensitive sector, namely the housing sector, especially in light of the housing crisis experienced by the country, We have tried to answer the problem of how to organize the Algerian standard of the profession of the real estate developer by addressing the conditions that must be provided by the applicants or practitioners of this profession in addition to the types of real estate agents m Algerian legislation (natural and moral persons) HEJNA to answer this problem both descriptive approaches which shows through our offer to a group of private real estate profession upgrade concepts, the analytical as reflected m our analysis of a set of legal provisions in this sector.
