The Law No.
50 of 2017 (Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) has highlighted the role of the administrative authority in the fight against narcotics and in contravention of the provisions of the Anti-Narcotics Act No.
68 of 1965, which was repealed as the new law gave the administration an important role in confronting these crimes.
As well as the role of management in treatment.
The law stipulates the establishment of the Supreme National Authority for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, the establishment of the General Directorate for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, the control of the import and export of narcotic substances, As well as the provision of measures to be taken by the Administration to deal with and rehabilitate
Abstract FRE
La loi n ° 50 de 2017 (relative à la lutte contre la drogue et substances psychotropes) a mis en évidence le rôle de l'administration dans la lutte contre les stupéfiants et contrevient aux dispositions de la loi anti-narcotiques n ° 68 de 1965 (abrogée).
La nouvelle loi confère à l'administration un rôle important dans la prévention et la lutte contre ces crimes ; elle prévoit en outre la création de la haute autorité nationale et d’une direction générale de lutte contre les stupéfiants et des substances psychotropes.
Désormais, dans le cadre de cette loi, des contrôles stricts sont prévus sur l’importation et l’exportation de des produits psychotropes et, des mesures de suivi et de réhabilitation des accros à ses substances y sont prévues.
