One of the aspects of violence in the workplace, which is spreading around the world and growing in Algerian society, is sexual harassment of women.
It constitutes an affront to the dignity of the salaried woman and to the integrity of her person.
Algerian law provides for a device to fight against this phenomenon.
However, the extent of this problem and its ramifications often remain underestimated.

L’un des aspects de la violence au milieu du travail, qui se généralise dans le monde et a pris de l’ampleur dans la société algérienne, est le harcèlement sexuel sur les femmes.
Il constitue une atteinte à la dignité de la femme salariée et à l’intégrité de sa personne.
La loi algérienne prévoit un dispositif destiné à lutter contre ce phénomène.
Toutefois, l’étendue de ce problème et ses ramifications restent souvent sous-estimés.
