Abstract EN

This study aims to finding out the state of leasing in Algeria by tackling its regulating laws, its practicing institutions and the quantitative indexes that determine its development and size.

The analytical descriptive approach is used to find out the obstacles that prevent the development of this funding formula in Algeria and thus propose the mam requirements for its development.

The main results and recommendations of the research is the urge to promote the culture of leasing, and the creation of a system to encourage investment promotion agencies, banking and financial institutions to adopt and provide this financing method by providing tax and customs incentives.
