Abstract EN

This study aimed to test the impact of dividend in the Saudi financial market on the prices of bank shares listed on the market during the period from 2013-2018 AD.

The Study sample consisted of seven banks out of eleven banks listed on the market.

The main findings of the study are that there is a correlation significant between the independent variables (Net income from operations, Transfer of net income for the reserves, earnings per share, and rate of return on the stock) with the market price of the shares of banks listed on the Saudi financial market, Except dividend, there is no significant correlation between them and the stock price during the study period.
