Abstract EN

The aim of the study was to identify the extent to which management officials realized the level of application of the quality assurance standards of higher education at the University of Batna 1-2, by surveying the views of a sample of administrative officials, about five axes: Management, professor, student, teaching curriculum, material resources.

The results of the study showed that the degree of approval of the study sample members on the extent to which management officials understand the level of implementation of the standards of quality assurance of education remains high in the forms of the need to pay attention to effective communication and participation as key factors to mitigate resistance to change
