English Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of Scenario Planning Process Requirements in Future Foresight at Dubai Municipality at United Arab Emirates.

As well as, The moderating Role of Environmental Uncertainty in the relationship between Scenario Planning Process Requirements and Future Foresight in Dubai Municipality at United Arab Emirates.

The study population included all employees working in Dubai Municipality at United Arab Emirates totaling (14000).

The study sample consiste of employees from top and middle administrations working in Dubai Municipality at United Arab Emirates totaling (520) Individuals.

The analysis unit consiste of (214) Individuals from study sample whom were randomly selected.

To achieve the study objectives the study used descriptive analytical method through many statistical tools, most notably multiple regression analysis and Hierarchical Multiple Regression.

The study reached a number of results namely: there is a significant effect of Scenario Planning Process Requirements (Information acquisition, Knowledge dissemination, Scenario development and strategic choices) in Future Foresight () in Dubai Municipality at United Arab Emirates at level (  0.05).
