Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر التحليل البيئي بابعاده ( نقاط القوة، نقاط الضعف، و الفرص، و التهديدات ) على الأنماط القيادية في بنك الاسكان حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة العاملين في بنك الاسكان، و تم سحب عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة، و تمثلت وحدة التحليل في المديرين و نوابهم و رؤساء الأقسام في مدينة عمان الكبرى و بلغ تعدادهم ( 153 ) مبحوثا و استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و طورت استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من افراد عينة الدراسة حيث تكونت من ( 44 ) فقرة و استخدم الباحث العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية منها : الأوساط الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية، و اختبارا لعينة مستقلة، و تحليل الانحدار المتعدد و التدريجي و كان من بين أهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة وجود اثر دال احصائيا للتحليل البيئي بابعاده ( نقاط القوة نقاط الضعف و الفرص و التهديدات في تحديد الانماط القيادية، و وجود اثر دال احصائيا للتحليل البيئي بابعاده ( نقاط القوة، نقاط الضعف و الفرص و التهديدات في النمط القيادي الديمقراطي و التسلطي في بنك الاسكان، و قد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الالتزام بالتحليل البيئي بإبعاده المختلفة التوظيف النمط القيادي المناسب في بنك الاسكان.
English Abstract
This study aimed to measure of environmental analysis ( Strength, weakness, opportunity and threat ) on identifying leadership styles at the Housing Bank in Jordan The population of the study consisted of all Employees Working in the Housing Bank in Jordan The population represented the sample of the study and the analysis unit was ( 153 ) managers The reaserhe employed descriptive analytical approach used, and the questionnaire was developed as a study tool consisting of ( 44 ) statement Many of statistical methods were used such as the means, standard deviation, one sample T Test and multiple and stepwise regression analysis Accorting to data analysis, the most important results reached in this study is there is a statistically significant impact of environmental analysis which consist ( Strength, weakness, opportunity and threat ) on identifying leadership styles at Housing Bank in Jordan In addition, there is a statistically significant impact of of environmental analysis ( Strength, weakness, opportunity and threat ) on democratic and authoritarian pattern of leadership in the Housing Bank in JordanThe study recomanded the necessity of applying environmental analysis in its various dimensions in order to employ the appropriate leadership style in the Housing Bank.
