Objective of this research is to find out role colleges of business in Saudi universities to guide and serve the Saudi community, through a review of its leadership in community service, and to assess the extent of their contribution to the well-being of this community, and shed light on the most important gains that can be realized for community under leadership in providing services and guidance from these colleges, and trying to figure out the future plans of these colleges in this area, giving a clear idea and comprehensive development of the incident where, and what they contain these colleges of technology and modern methods can be used to achieve many of the advantages and benefits to community of Saudi Arabia In particular, and to identify the most important problems and constraints faced by these colleges in Saudi leadership in community service, all focus on the College of Business Administration at MU under study to work to provide appropriate solutions
