English Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the Effect of Strategic Alignment on Organizational Performance from the point of view of a sample of employees in the Union Bank of Iraq.

The study population consisted of all employees totalling (340) individuals of the Union Bank of Iraq in the Republic of Iraq with all its branches.

The study sample was a random sample of the employees working in the top, middle and lower administrations in the Union Bank of Iraq in the Republic of Iraq in all its branches totalling (142) individuals.

To achieve the study objectives the study used descriptive analytical method through many statistical tools, most notably multiple regression analysis.

The study reached a number of results namely: there is a significant effect of Strategic Alignment (Business Strategy, Information Technology Processes and Strategy and Business Infrastructure) on the Organizational Performance of the Union Bank of Iraq (Learning and Growth, Training and Development, Job
