Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر الذاكرة التنظيمية على الأداء المنظمي دراسة حالة البنك العربي في الأردن"، و قد تم اختبار الفرضيات التي طرحت لكي تعالج مشكلة البحث، حيث تم فيها استخدام المنهج الإحصائي الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة.

بحيث ان المجتمع الدراسي غالبا ما يتكون من المدراء و الاداريين و العاملين في البنك العربي، و قامت الباحثة بتطوير اداء الدراسة (الاستبانة) لتتكون من (33) فقره بهدف جمع البيانات الأولية المجتمع الدراسة و التي شملت (230) مستجيب.

بالاضافة لجمع البيانات، و تحليلها و إختبار الفرضيات بإستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة تبين أن هنالك أثراً دا دلالة إحصائية للذاكرة التنظيمية على الأداء المنظمي عند مستوى دلالة معنوية (α≤0.05)و يتبين من النتيجة أن لأبعاد الذاكرة التنظيمية (الثقافية الادارية، و التقنية) تأثير على الأداء المنظمي في البنك العربي، و أن لاشكال الذاكرة التنظيمية في الأوقات المختلفة تأثير مخطف على الأداء المنظمي.

و قد أوصت الدراسة بوجوب الانتباه إلى تفعيل عمليات المعرفة الناتجة عن الذاكرة التنظيمية في إطار تفاعلي بين موظفي البنك لتعزيز قدرات البنك و إمكاناتها، كما لا بد للإدارات و صناع القرار في البنك من تحديد العوائق التي تحول دون تطبيق المشاركة الفعالة للمعرفة و العمل على الحد منها من أجل تحقيق أهدافها و تعزيز مكانتها التنافسية بين البنوك.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the effect of organizational memory on organizational performance: a case study of the Arab Bank in Jordan, and it came to test the hypotheses that were put forward to address the research problem, and the descriptive statistical analytical approach was used in this study.

The study population consists of managers, administrators, and workers in the Arab Bank.

To achieve the goals of this study, the researcher developed the study tool (the questionnaire) and included (33) items for the purposes of collecting the primary data from the study population, which covered (230) respondents.

In light of this data was collected, analyzed and hypotheses tested using the statistical program (SPSS), and the study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the effect of organizational memory on organizational performance at the level of significant significance (α≤0.05), and it appears from the result that the results show that dimensions of organizational memory (cultural, administrative, and technical) have a significant impact on organizational performance in the Arab Bank, and that forms of organizational memory at different times have a different impact on organizational performance.

The study recommended that attention should be paid to activating the knowledge processes resulting from the organizational memory in an interactive framework between the bank’s employees to enhance the bank’s capabilities, and the departments and decision-makers in the bank must determine the obstacles that prevent the effective application of knowledge and work to reduce them in order to achieve their goals and enhance its competitive position among banks.
