Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر اعادة هندسة العمليات على الأداء التنظيمي في الشركة الدولية للدواء في الأردن، كما بينت الدراسة أبعاد اعادة هندسة العمليات المتمثلة في ( بناء الهيكل التنظيمي، الإلتزام و دعم الإدارة العليا تمكين العاملين الثقافة التنظيمية)، إضافة إلى أبعاد الأداء التنظيمي المتمثلة في العمليات الداخلية التعلم و النمو، تحقيق الأهداف، و تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (76) ستة و سبعين موظفا من العاملين في الإدارات العليا و الوسطى و الدنيا في الشركة الدولية للدواء في الأردن و استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و توصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج مفادها أن اعادة هندسة العمليات بأبعادها جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما بينت النتائج أن الأداء التنظيمي بأبعاده جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، أما فيما يتصل بالفرضيات تبين وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) ل اعادة هندسة العمليات بأبعادها على الأداء التنظيمي، و بينت النتائج أن أبعاد هندسة العمليات لا تشكل مقداراً متساوياً من الأهمية النسبية في الشركة الدولية للدواء في الأردن عند مستوى (a≤0.05).
و بناءً عليه أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اكتساب الشركة الدولية للدواء في الأردن لآليات اعادة هندسة العمليات من منطلق تحسين مستوى الجودة، و تشجيع الإبداع، و المرونة في الأداء التنظيمي.
English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the effect of process re-engineering on the organizational performance of the International Drug Company in Jordan, and the study also showed the dimensions of process re-engineering represented in (rebuilding the organizational structure, commitment, and support to senior management, employee empowerment, organizational culture), In addition to the organizational performance dimensions represented in (internal processes, learning, and growth, achieving goals( and a random sample consisting of (76) of employees working in the upper, middle and lower departments of the International Drug Company in Jordan was chosen.
The study used the descriptive-analytical method, and reached a set of results that the process reengineering with its combined dimensions came with a high degree, as the results showed that the organizational performance with its combined dimensions came with a high degree, while in relation to the hypotheses it was found that there was a statistically significant effect at the level of significance )0.05) to re-engineering with their dimensions on organizational performance, The results showed that the dimensions of process re-engineering do not constitute an equal amount of relative importance in the International Drug Company in Jordan at the level )0.05).
Accordingly, the study recommended that the International Drug Company in Jordan should acquire mechanisms for process re-engineering, in terms of improving the quality level, and encouraging creativity, and flexibility in organizational performance.
