Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أثر التغيير الإستراتيجي بأبعاده التغيير التكنولوجي، التغيير التنظيمي، تغيير الموارد البشرية ) على السلوك الإبداعي بأبعاده الحساسية للمشكلات المرونة المخاطرة) في بنك الإسكان للتجارة و التمويل و قد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في بنك الإسكان من موظفين و رؤساء أقسام و مدراء و قد قامت الباحثة بتصميم أداة ملائمة لهذه الدراسة و هي الاستبانة و قد تم توزيع 160 استبانة من هذه الاستبانة على العاملين في البنك و قد تم استرداد 148 استبانة بنسبة استرداد 92.5 و بعد تجميع بيانات الدراسة قامت الباحثة بالتحليل الإحصائي لبيانات الدراسة و قد تم التوصل للعديد من الاستنتاجات و منها أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتغيير الإستراتيجي بأبعاده التغيير التكنولوجي، التغيير التنظيمي، تغيير الموارد البشرية(على السلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين في بنك الإسكان، و أيضا تم التوصل الى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتغيير الإستراتيجي بأبعاده التغيير التكنولوجي، التغيير التنظيمي، تغيير الموارد البشرية على الحساسية للمشكلات، و وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتغيير الإستراتيجي بأبعاده التغيير التكنولوجي التغيير التنظيمي، تغيير الموارد البشرية) على المرونة و وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتغيير الاستراتيجي بأبعاده التغيير التكنولوجي، تغيير الموارد البشرية) على المخاطرة بينما لم يكن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتغيير التنظيمي على المخاطرة.
و قد أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات ومنها: • بضرورة استحداث معدات و أدوات تقنية جديدة في البنك لما للتغيير التكنولوجي من إثر على رضا الزبائن • و ضرورة العمل على بناء ثقافة تنظيمية تشجع على التغيير و تحفيز العاملين على تنمية سلوكهم الإبداعي • و ضرورة أن يكون التغيير في الموارد البشرية مستند على الكفاءات و الجدارات المعرفية.
English Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the impact of Strategic change with its dimensions (technological, organizational, and human resources change) on the creative behavior with its dimensions (susceptibility to problems, flexibility, and risk) in the Housing Bank for trading and commerce.
The researcher adopted, in this study, an analytical approach.
The study population comprised all employees in the bank including department heads and managers.
The research also designed a suitable instrument for her study, a questionnaire of which she distributed 160 Questionnaire to bank employees.
She received 148 responds which constitute 92.5% of the total number.
After collecting the data, she analyzed them statistically coming up with the following results: · There was an influence with statistical significance for the strategic change with its dimensions (technological, organizational, and human resources change) on the creative behavior of bank employees.
· There was also an influence with statistical significance of strategic change (technological, organizational, and human resources change) on problem susceptibility.
· Moreover, it was found that there was an impact with statistical significance for the strategic change, with dimensions mentioned before, on flexibility.
· It was also found that there was an impact with statistical significance for the strategic change with it’s an aforementioned dimension on risks.
· But there was no impact with statistical significance for the organizational change on risk.
The researcher recommends the following: · The need for introducing new technological tools and equipment to the bank to secure customers satisfaction.
· The need to build up culture of organizing that encourages change and motivates employees to develop their creative behavior.
The change in human resources should be based on qualifications and knowledge competencies.
