Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس تحديد أثر الاستجابة الاستراتيجية التكيف الاستراتيجي والمرونة التنظيمية على الاسبقيات التنافسية في البنك العربي.
و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الموظفين في البنك العربي و فروعه في العاصمة الأردنية عمان، و تم سحب عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة و اعتمدت وحدة التحليل من المديرين و رؤساء الأقسام و الموظفين و بلغ تعدادهم (257) مبحوثاً.
و استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و طورت استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات تكونت من (34) فقرة.
و استخدمت العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية الملائمه من خلال استخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائيه .SPSS و توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية للاستجابة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها المتمثلة (التكيف الاستراتيجي و المرونة التنظيمية) على تحقيق الاسبقيات التنافسية بأبعادها المتمثلة الاستجابة السريعة و جودة العمل العالية، و الكلفة الأقل، و التميز في البنك العربي، و وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للاستجابة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها المجتمعة التكيف الاستراتيجي و المرونة التنظيمية في كل من الاستجابة السريعة و الجودة العالية و الكلفة الأقل و التميز في تقديم الخدمة في البنك العربي و فروعه في العاصمة الأردنية عمان و أوصت الدراسة الى ضرورة الاستجابة الاستراتجية من قبل ادارة و موظفي البنك العربي بما يضمن بقاءه بصورة قوية في البيئة الداخلية و الخارجية، و ضرورة الاهتمام بالاسبقيات التنافسية و ذلك لتشجيع الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد داخل أفرع البنك.
English Abstract
The study aimed to measure the impact of strategic response (strategic adjustment and regulatory flexibility) on Arab Bank's competitive advantages.
The study community consisted of all employees of Arab Bank and its branches in the Jordanian capital Amman, and a random sample was withdrawn from the study community and the analysis unit was adopted from managers, department heads and employees and reached 257 researchers.
The descriptive analytical approach was used and questionnaire was developed as a data collection tool consisting of (34) paragraphs.
Many appropriate statistical methods were used through the use of the SPSS.
The study found: a statistically significant impact of the strategic response in its dimensions (strategic adjustment and organizational flexibility) on achieving competitive precedence in its dimensions (rapid response, high work quality, lower cost, lower cost, excellence) in The Arab Bank, and a statistically significant impact of the strategic response in its combined dimensions (strategic adjustment and organizational flexibility) in both rapid response, high quality, lower cost and excellence in providing service at Arab Bank and its branches in The Jordanian capital Amman.
The study recommended the need for a strategic response by the management and staff of Arab Bank to ensure its strong survival in the internal and external environment, and the need to pay attention to competitive precedents in order to encourage the optimal use of resources within the bank's branches.
