Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the evaluation of the School Leaders Selecting Criteria from the Principals' and Female Teachers Perspectives of Al-Makhoah Governorate Schools.

to achieve the aims of the study, the researcher used descriptive approach, and A Questioner composed of (40) items, distributed for five domains after cheeked validity and reliability, the sample of the study consisted of (94) Principals school and (228) female teachers were chosen randomly.

The results showed that the degree of Evaluation of the School Leaders Selecting Criteria was very high with mean of (3.30), also the result indicate that there were no statistical significant differences in the evaluation of the criteria for choice the school leaders due to the variables of: educational level, position, & academic qualification.
