Abstract EN

This study seeks to clarify the légal basis for the military intervention of the Arab coalition in Yemen.

This basis falls within the scope of the exceptions to the principle of non-interference in the internai afiairs of States outside the Charter of the United Nations, represented by inter\-ention at the request of the legitimate Government.

Û is the exception recognized by the most likely view of international jurisprudence and reinforced in practice by international practice.

The study also aims to give an approach that focuses on the tyranny of political considérations for the intervention of the Arab Alliance in Yemen and exceeded the légal requirements that legitimize its intervention, which intervened in Yemen's rise in sonie cases to be considered an act of aggression.
