English Abstract

This study aimed to shed light on the issue of judicial guardianship in accordance with Jordanian law ، and dealt with the judicial guardianship ، what they are ، and their characteristics ، as well as the status of the legal guardian ، and the civil responsibility associated with the guardian ، and ended with a set of conclusions and recommendations .

It concluded that the primary purpose of guarding is to preserve money ، whether it is a real estate or a disputed movable property ، as well as the exploitation of those who have a right to it.

The study also recommended that judges should be selected to consider cases related to judicial custody who are aware and knowledgeable in the urgent judiciary and its judgments
