Abstract EN

Education plays a vital role in economic development and social progress of any nation.

In the recent years, gross enrolments in the private education have been increased to 234341 students in U.A.E.

represents 42,7% of the total number of students in the educational system (citizens are estimated 13%) The current study aimed at diagnosing, analyzing, evaluating the existing situation of private education in U.A.E.

to suggest a future vision from parents and school principals perspective, to develop the private education in U.A.E.

by using the Delphi/Dialogue Technique Methodology.

Four rounds had been completed: Round One: Dialogue between parents and and school principals to recommend areas for improvements in the private education Round Two: Individual reflection (Delphi) to state goals for improvement.

Round Three: Group reflection (Dialogue) to reach agreement over the improvement.

Round Four: Representative group reflection (Dialogue) To suggest the final vision.

The suggested vision included aspects such as: management, teachers, buildings, costs, admission age, curriculum, exams, professional development, computer uses, and discipline.
