Adult education has become one of the fastest growing areas of human services.

Technology, leisure time, changing values, and changing job markets are but few of the stimuli fueling the surging demand for programs this expansion creates expected needs with regard to organizing, developing, and managing adult education.

The purpose of this study to suggest a model for teachers adult education preparing in united Arab Emirates, the study consists of fourth chapters, first chapter titled by introduced to study include (important of study, goals, the problem...etc) second chapter titled by theoretical framework for study, this chapter include all literature of study and dissertation abstracts.

Third chapter titled by filed study this chapter include (sample of study, tools, questionnaires) fourth chapter titled by results and recommendation of study.

There were several findings of this study: 1 - There were no qualified teachers working in adult education institution.

2- 45.6 percent from teachers working in adult education coming from elementary education, 31.6 coming from secondary school teachers and 32.8 percent from others resources.

3- 71.8 percent from sample unacceptable about teachers working in adult education institution in U.A.E.

4-Very necessary open some department in college of education for preparing teachers adult education.

5-Collaborations between ministry of education and United Arab Emirates university for develop adult education institution in United Arab Emirates society.

6-Finally, this study suggested that new model for preparation adult education teachers in United Arab Emirates, This models shows (years of study, curriculum, field of study, resources of preparing., etc.) of adult education teachers.
