Abstract EN

This paper discusses the subject of control decisions of classification without follow-up and the declaration that there is no need to prosecute in the UAE legislation, compared with many legislations (Jordan, Kuwait, and French).

The paper examined the concept of these two decisions, the reasons for their issuance and the extent of their control.

The study concluded that the legislations studied differ in this control, so we found that the Kuwait and French legislators somewhat advanced from their Jordanian and Emirate.

The study reflected positively on the results and recommendations.
