Abstract EN

This research is related to a most significant topic as it tackles the venture capital, and to what extent the rules provided in the Emirate Federal Act of Company are capable of polarizing it.

This is done through analyzing the provisions of this Act in comparison with what provided in its Jordanian counterpart.

In spite of the fact that the Emirate Lawmaker in the Act of Companies provides some of the special rules considered as attractive to the venture capital, these rules are, unfortunately, nebulous and insufficient to attract it.
