Abstract EN

This study explores judicial deportation of expatriates/ foreigners in Emirati regulations.

In most cases, several acts in the Emirati criminal law permit and necessitate deportation of expatriates/ foreigners who are convicted of criminal charges.

This procedure is rationalized as a safety restrain and aims to rid the country of such criminals.

Accordingly, those whom are convicted expatriates/ foreigners are expelled out of the UAE which may cause several issues and problems that require judicial attention, alternates, and solutions that are expanded on in this study.

The study will, as well, include some recommendations to gap the shortcomings regarding such judicial deportation procedures.
