Abstract EN

This study deals with the process of the institutionalization of the European integration since the establishment of the first European organization in the early 1950s until the last European convention (Lisbon Convention).

The study focuses on the process of establishing and developing the institutions of the European unity.

Also, the study reveals the stages that European Unity had passed through, how the unity was formed, and the obstacles that it had faced.

The study clarifies that what the Europeans had reached was after hard work and determination to accomplish the unity they established.

Moreover, the study illustrates how the Europeans had created innovative methods to work together.

All of this was done not just to avoid the danger of new wars that might threat their continent, but for their economic, social, and cultural development, as well as enhancing their role on the stage of international relations.
