Abstract EN

This study aims to clarify the legal provisions that their application entail multi-nationality, by defining multiple citizenship and its causes in light of the Jordanian Nationality Law No.

6 of 1954 and its amendments, in addition to defining the legal provisions regulating the multinational right to exercise political rights in Jordanian legislation, in comparison with the legislation of some other countries, by addressing the right to establish and join political parties, the right to vote and run for Elections, and the right to hold senior positions in the executive and judicial authorities.

The study concludes that exercising political rights by multinationals under Jordanian legislation results in many complications due to the absence of provisions governing its resolution; on the other hand, many of these provisions contradict the Constitution.

The study calls on the Jordanian legislator to establish a clear mechanism to regulate the political rights of multinationals.

This study adopted the descriptive and analytical approaches, as well as the comparative and historical approaches.

This study was divided into two chapters.

The first chapter defines multinationalism and its causes, the second chapter discusses the multinational right to exercise political rights.
