The purpose of this research is to identify the B.O.T Contract throug projects implemented by the Awqaf Funds Development Department in th Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The concepts of the Waqf and the B.O.
Projects have been identified, as well as the legal system of the B.O.T.
contrac In addition, the role of the Jordan Waqf Fund Development Department in th implementation of B.O.T.
projects has been identified.
Some of the curre methods and forms of investing in Awqaf properties in sustainab development through BOT have been presented in this research.
Finally, th researcher came up with a set of conclusions and recommendations.
