Raafat said Hendawei Assistant professor, head of sport management and recreation department, faculty of sport education-Aboqir, Alexandria University, Egypt The study aimed at designing a Managerial Development program that contributes to the financial skills of the non-financial executive managers in the Egyptian sports organization, in order to increase their professional performance when dealing with the financial implications of the tasks of building the plans, creating policies, making decisions and control over public money and assessing the financial performance for the purpose of improving it.

Methdolgy: The study population was determined in the youth centers and sports clubs in Alexandria Governorate.

The study sample was chosen using stratified random sampling and consisted of (37) executive director, (5) financial director, 29 financial supervisor with a total of 71 individuals.

he study used the survey approach.

A questionnaire was used by the researcher as a main tool in data collection and the appropriate statistical treatments were used
