The current age is the age of knowledge economy and the fast changes known to organizations today in various fields, which are mainly caused by the emerge of globalization phenomenon and the tense competition .This article explains a number of interrelated concepts trying to connect them to come up with a new integrated concept .

this research was aimed at the role of knowledge and information technology and the innovation & creativity in the organizations for lead their changes with a strategic vision and big ideas .

when the organizations understand the relationships between the innovation-creativity and knowledge – information technology , they can change their plans for find the reasonable solutions for their problems.

All this makes organizations today in need to consider the balancing between developing their human resources and their understanding of innovation and creativity in its general sense up to its organizational sense.

This cannot be done unless creativity and learning elements and the knowledge base of the organization are integrated .
